I see that this site has somewhat started to take off. It's high time that I publish my thoughts here on how a member differs from a founding member. So here we go...
Member:
1) Signs up for a website. 2) Comes back to the site every once in a while. 3) Quickly looks around if anything is new and interesting. 4) Logs in and Logs out.
Founding Member:
1) Signs up for a website. 2) Comes back to the site almost daily. 3) Looks around thoroughly if anything is new and interesting. 4) Welcomes new members by posting a comment. 5) Sends messages to other interesting members to initiate a conversation. 6) Post messages in the forum and try replying to the ones which are already posted by others. 7) Invites his / her friends over to the website to sign up for membership. 8) Promotes the website anywhere he / she can. 9) Every once in a while, sends comments / suggestions to the webmaster about the website. 10) Encourages others members to participate and take up the role of a founding member.
